About Elizabeth

Elizabeth brings more than 2 decades of industry and managed care experience and leadership to the PRECISIONvalue team in the areas of healthcare leadership and strategy; quality, safety, and population health; pharmacy operations and drug use management; and leadership development.  Prior to coming to PRECISIONvalue, Elizabeth had various executive roles at Kaiser Permanente including Regional Vice President of Operations and Quality, National Quality Leader for Pharmacy, Director of Pharmacy, Administrator for Surgical & Perioperative Services and Population Health Management. In all her roles, Elizabeth has been dedicated to delivering on the Quintuple Aim—better health for consumers and communities; a better consumer experience; addressing health equity and disparities; building effective team members; and ensuring better costs per capita.

Since joining PRECISIONvalue, Elizabeth’s areas of expertise include healthcare policies, IDN and healthcare strategic insights for payers and life sciences organizations. Other areas include clinical and service quality strategy, population health, healthcare disparities, and SDOH. Key disease and therapeutic focus areas include biosimilars, cardiovascular disease, oncology, women’s health, infectious diseases, and others.
